1. Exceeding your budget.
It costs a lot of money to throw a wedding no matter who you are. Excited brides start booking suppliers and ordering items sometimes without thinking of the total expenditure.

Planning a wedding is serious business. Make a budget and keep track of your spending as you go so that you won’t be left with a half wedding service.

2. Messing up the marriage license

5. Inviting too many guests.
Be sure your wedding guest list and your reception site match. You must not invite 350 people on the basis that only 250 will accept, because if you receive 320 acceptances you will have far too many guests for the chosen facility.

6. Partaking in last-minute beauty treatments

7. Insufficient invitation postage

Inappropriate attire for the church or temple, or skipping the pre-canae, may stop your officiate from marrying you on your wedding day. Take your religious restrictions seriously. Meet with your officiate within one month of getting engaged.

9. Assuming your wedding guests will know what you expect of them.
For example if you are having a church wedding in one church and your guests are of different religions or, say, if you are organizing a wedding based around a particular theme. You need to let them know what the dress code is and what they can expect during the ceremony and reception. It’s just polite.
